Our homestead is the ideal venue to hold your event: wedding receptions, birthdays, reunions, corporate retreats, or to simply spend an amazing weekend with your family and friends.
The two homes available are the Elite and the Comfort, which, together, can house up to 50 overnight guests or up to 200 people for any event that does not require an overnight stay.
Elite House
Refined and elegant, the Elite boasts two living areas on the ground floor (with satellite tv), a dining room with that can seat 10, a pool table, his and hers powder rooms and kitchen with refrigerator, stove and a table with an extra 6 seats.
The living areas are all in the same great room, pleasantly separated by potted plants. Upstairs, you will find four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own modern and spacious en-suite bathroom. These four rooms can hold up to 25 people.
The double doors that lead to the bedrooms also complete the elegance and charm of the house’s design. From the balcony upstairs, you have a great view of the swimming pools.
Elite House - Sitting Areas
Pick one of two views: The swimming pool or the pond. Both sitting areas are adjoined.
From one you can view the lake through large windows and the overhang balcony, while the other affords you a magnificent view of the swimming pools, from where you can watch your kids play while in complete comfort.
Elite House - Dining Area
Elegant and comfortable at the same time, the dining area has a solid wood table that seats 10 people as is furnished with padded patent leather chairs.The wicker credenza offers the perfect support surface to hold plates and silverware at meal times.
Elite House - Kitchen
With ample prep area for your meals, the kitchen is equipped with a six-burner gas stove, refrigerator and a table that seats six people, perfect for quick meals, providing convenience for you and your guests.
It is stocked with pots and pans, as well as all the necessary dishes and silverware, as well as drinkware and pantry space to store your groceries.
The kitchen is separated from the rest of the areas in the great room by a bar cso perfect to accommodate guests at breakfast time.
Elite House - Pool Table
Time to pocket that eight-ball!
How about a fun game of snooker, all the while enjoying the view out to the swimming pool? Another fun opportunity available at the Elite.
Elite House - Powder Rooms
For your convenience and that of your guests, the Elite has his and hers powder rooms on the main living area.
Elite House - Bedrooms
The upper floor balcony will give you access to the four bedrooms, each with its own spacious and modern en-suite bathroom.
The rooms boast double doors and ceiling fans for your comfort. Three of them have double beds, and the fourth has bunk beds.
A total of 25 people can stay overnight in the sleeping quarters of the Elite.
The balcony provides an amazing view towards the swimming pools below.
Elite House - Garage, Service Area and Changing Rooms
The entrance to the eight-car garage is behind the house, with easy access from the garage to the main level.
Also on this level you will find a service area and his and hers changing rooms, giving your guests more convenience and comfort.
Comfort House
Located less than 20 yards from the swimming pools, the Comfort is spacious, understated and pleasant at the same time.
The open floor plan offers a great room that encompasses the kitchen, dining area and living area, with four bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) as well as a second bathroom.
The porch completes the serene atmosphere and blends the traditional Comfort perfectly within the rest of the property
Comfort House - Living Area
A great place to mingle with family and friends. Satellite TV available.
Comfort House - Kitchen and Dining Area
Lots of space await eight of your guests around the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator and plenty of room for your groceries.
Comfort House - Bedrooms
You will find a total of four bedrooms in the Comfort. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has a double bed and one bunk bed.
The remaining bedrooms hold three bunk beds each. A second bathroom is also available. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The Comfort can accommodate up to 25 guests.
Swimming Pools
Two swimming pools, one for adults and one for the kids, will guarantee the fun during your stay.
The Pond
Another stunning feature of this property, the pond provides the perfect background for amazing pictures of your event.
